SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY


Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–14 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged Merchandise

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if merchandise arrives damaged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or exchange.

We reserve the right to deny any return, exchange, or claim that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
